Freebie Friday Week #12 from A.J.'s Digi Shoppe™

I admit I do not like Peeps but I went go to the store and they are EVERYWHERE!  So I decided to do Peeps Paper for a Freebie Friday!  I hope everyone likes it :)

MISSING YOU CARD

I made this 5"X5" card using Amanda's wonderful Striped Paper Pack, which you will find HERE.
I Printed off the papers together with her free "Missing You" sentiment which you can download HERE together with some of her other freebies.

After colouring the sentiment I realised I didn't have the right colour flowers but DID have some plain white ones which I coloured using my Promarkers.

The "Ribbon" was made by running a matching piece of paper through a crimper.
The leaves were punched in dark green flock using a "Stampin' Up" punch.

Get Well Card

I used the lovely Purple Daisies paper that was offered as a freebie on the A.J.'s Digi Shoppe Blog to make a get well card. I used  Dollarstore foam tape and  Staples cardstock to make a simple 3d layered effect. I added a touch of additional color to the layered daisies with Ranger Distress ink and stain.  The sentiment is a Poly Clear stamp by Hero Arts. I used Scrapping Gear double sided tape to afix my creation to a Dollarstore cardbase.

I Love You To The Moon And Back!

I just used the moon and star for this card, which was from the hey diddle diddle digi line . I colored the star and the moon with my copics. Next added stickles to the star and used my peachy keen stamps to put a cute little face on the moon. I then added a bow with twine and the sentiment which was from scrappy moms stamps. I hope you love this sweet card and it was pretty simple to make also.

"DRINK ME" Alice in a bottle

I had this little bottle sitting in the top of a cupboard for some time and just knew it would be handy for something. :0)

So I printed off Amanda's cute digi of Alice onto card and glued her to the inside of the bottle, then printed off a tag onto white card and aged it using an ink pad. I then drew and stuck a small door onto Amanda's "Drink Me" backing paper.

I wonder if the bottle Alice is holding has a smaller version of her in it !?

Curiouser and curiouser!

Floral Freebie Book

A cute cardboard and paper book

I have been on a bookmaking journey, and it has been so much fun!  I covered my first book with Amanda's gorgeous flower paper that is available for FREE to people who read the A.J.'s Digi Shoppe Blog.  I used corrugated cardboard for my front and back covers and some cereal box card for the binding cover.  The spine is a piece of cardstock folded accordian style. The pages were glued directly to the folds of the spine.  I added in cardstock that I colored using distress ink pads to create spaces on the pages to write on.   I removed some pages from a dollar store notepad and attached inside the back cover.  I embellished with paper flower stickers that I distressed with stain and ribbon. I rubbed the whole book down with distress inks to add some character.
